If your dog is not a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, unfortunately we will not be able to help you.

Please complete this form to the best of your ability. We understand that there are many reasons that people can no longer keep their dogs. We are happy that you have decided to reach out to us.

1. Be honest and provide answers in detail, we have worked with all types of medical and behavioral issues. We are equip to handle all situations.

2. We will contact you within 24 hours of form submission. You will be required to sign a release of ownership form before we take possession of your dog.

Making the decision to surrender your Cavalier is never easy, and we truly understand how emotional this moment can be. Please know that you’re not alone. As a small rescue, we put our heart and soul into every Cavalier we take in, and we will make absolutely certain your Cavalier is loved, protected, and given an incredible life. We will hold their paw through every step of the journey and place them in a forever home where they will be cherished just as much as you hoped for.
