We do accept medication donations. Vetmedin (pimobendan) is always appreciated and in ongoing need. We do not have a need for other medications.
Medication donations may be sent to our mailing address:

As a foster-based rescue without a physical location, space for physical donations is very limited. We can currently accept unopened dog food, dog crates, puppy pens, and puppy pads only.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept blankets or towels, but we’re happy to recommend other organizations that may be in need.
For larger supply donations, we offer a drop-off location in the Phoenix/Arcadia area. Please email us to arrange a convenient time for drop-off.

How Your Donations Help
Donations allow us to cover the many costs associated with rescuing and caring for our dogs. These expenses include, but are not limited to, transportation, veterinary care, spay/neuter surgeries, dental procedures, microchipping, administrative costs, and ongoing medical needs.
Transportation alone averages $150 per dog to bring them safely to Arizona. On average, a healthy dog with minimal medical needs costs our rescue up to $1,400 from intake through adoption.
Our rescue is unique in that we pay to remove dogs from the Midwestern commercial breeding system and breeder releases, allowing them the opportunity to transition into loving homes. In addition, owner surrenders often require extensive and costly medical, dental, and behavioral care, frequently costing our rescue thousands of dollars per dog.
Cavalier Rescue Foundation is a 100% volunteer-run 501(c)(3) charitable organization. No one receives a salary—every dollar donated goes directly toward the care and placement of our dogs. Thank you for supporting rescue and for helping us change lives, one Cavalier at a time.
